We provide clients with engineering for various types of projects and structures. Our services are tailored to clients’ needs. They may include structural, civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and threshold inspection.

We prepare and present to clients a total project plan, including scope, timeline schedule and project costs; assist clients in capital budgeting; manage Architects/Engineers for on-time and within-budget design of projects; conduct coordination and review meetings; monitor Quality Assurance; perform constructability reviews; establish construction phasing and project milestones.

During bid and award phase, we assist clients in preparation of bid documents; conduct pre-bid, pre-award and pre-construction meetings; respond to Contractors’ inquiries on contract documents during bid period; negotiate bids on clients’ behalf and draft construction contracts; facilitate contract awards.

During construction phase, we assemble and supervise construction management staff; establish and implement project controls — including schedule, cost control, document control, claim/change order management, Quality Assurance/Quality Control and safety; evaluate project progress using CPM scheduling and manpower leveling for on time and within budget completion; review contractors' performance and — when required — initiate corrective action; resolve construction problems; close out projects by negotiating outstanding claims, preparing final project punch list, obtaining closeout documents, and conducting project training.

Represent clients in all aspects of design and construction projects, evaluate project progress, approve payment applications and report to the owner on the status of the project.
